Elishba Sinha is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing (ISAPN), and Sigma Theta Tau International, the Honor Society of Nursing. She received her Bachelors of Science in Clinical Services Management from Texas Tech University. After relocating to Illinois, she completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from West Suburban College of Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University.
Her career started as a registered nurse at St. Alexius Medical Center in the Neuro-Stroke and Cardiac-Telemetry units. Later, she led and assisted with projects at Saint Alexius Medical Center’s Quality and Safety Assurance Department.
While working in a hospital setting, Elishba has witnessed the importance of patient centered care and an interdisciplinary approach to healthcare. She strives to serve each patient with compassion, kindness, and empathy so she can completely understand the patient’s medical conditions and its associated factors.
Elishba was raised in Dallas, Texas and she is fluent in Hindi/Urdu.
